Is there a refund possible?This program is a deep dive container, and like any formal study program, there is a strong atmosphere of commitment. This work goes deep, and you will be undergoing a strong transformation process which requires dedication and time. Therefore, there are no refunds just because you change your mind – regardless of when you choose to withdraw from the training. For that reason, it is essential that you conduct your research and confirm that you are ready to undertake this work before you enroll. You understand that once you have paid your first payment, if on a payment plan, you have committed to doing the work and paying for the full program. Payment plans are offered to assist you in making this investment in your personal or business growth. What will I get when I graduate from the program?The training begins on February 1st, 2024 and is completed on January 31st, 2025 When you provide evidence of completion of all the assessment requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion for the “Embodied Awakening Academy 600-hour Tantra Practitioner Training,” signed by Chantelle Raven, which allows you to start practicing. This certificate can be submitted to our accreditation partner, the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists, to access the professional membership and insurance that they offer. Proof of completion will include submitting your personal and client practice session reflection forms, written question answers for each module, a recorded session video filmed at the end of the training, and watching, listening to and reading all content in each module. You will have 2 months (8 weeks) to submit your final assessment elements once the training is complete. Overall successful completion of the training will be reviewed and assessed within 8 weeks of final submission i.e., if you submit everything by March 31st, you will receive notification of your successful completion and graduation by May 31st. Extension requests can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. However, you are also welcome to move through the course for personal study and not do the assessment tasks. This just means you won’t be able to practice as a Certified EAA Tantra Practitioner.

How much of the program is online or in person?The course material will be 100% online. Some parts are pre-recorded and some parts are live via online teaching sessions where you can hear from Chantelle Raven, Tara Meegan, and the EAA team. The live sessions are always recorded and uploaded to the Facebook group, and the learning portal, for later viewing.

Is this program suited for CIS gendered people only ir do you welcome non binary and trans folks?In our material and courses, we use the word woman for any person who identifies as a woman, regardless of their assigned sex at birth and we use the word man for any person who identifies as a man, regardless of their assigned sex at birth. We also fully welcome and celebrate non-binary folks to join this program. We acknowledge that gender is non-binary, fluid, and on a spectrum and support each individual’s right to live in alignment with their gender identity. That being said, this course is gendered and uses gendered language and our teachings come from heteronormative teachers and traditional Tantric systems. Our desire is to be as inclusive of trans and non-binary folks as possible, but there are current limitations in the program content and material. For instance, Module 7 covers Tantric Practices for the Feminine and relates to womb and yoni work (Yoni is the Tantric word for vagina). Module 8 covers Tantric Practices for the Masculine and relates to sexual sublimation and self-pleasure work with the lingham (Lingham is the Tantric word for Penis). We currently don’t have specific training for queer, trans and/or non-binary identities. If you are non-binary or trans, feel into what you need to be safe. If you’re okay working with practices that are labeled “Men’s” and/or “Women’s” in a CIS-gendered, heteronormative, and traditional sense without the mentioning of non-binary or trans people in the content, and you feel supported to navigate and make the content applicable to your clients and community, then this program could work for you. However, if that doesn’t feel like enough safety or acknowledgment, we understand and respect that.

How can I decide if this program is right for me?Take the time to check out the program info and also our website and social media pages to get a sense of the material and what the Academy stands for in the world and how we show up to support people’s Embodied Awakening. This is the foundation and energy that you will be held by during your training, and that you will be practicing within as a Tantric Practitioner, so it’s important you resonate with this. Additionally, you are welcome to book a free clarity and enrollment call with an EAA Senior Team Member to give you the space to ask all your questions and to decide if this program is the right fit for you.

What is the estimated time investment?Depending on the pace you study, you will need to invest between 10-15 hours per week, to complete the training. You may also need a little extra time to complete the certification requirements. This training is meant for those who want to become masterful practitioners at the top of their game, and the time commitment reflects that. However, the program allows you to be very flexible in how you manage your time, as many of the components are self-study or self-practice that you can do whenever it suits you and if you can’t join the live interactive sessions then we share the recordings with you within 24 hours. As previously mentioned, if you are doing this for personal study, without the assessment, then the time investment would be less.

How do I access the course materials?You will access the course materials via our Online Learning Portal hosted by LearnDash. The lives and support groups are hosted on Facebook with links to Zoom for the live calls. If you have any technical difficulties our admin team are here to help you.

What is the latest date I can sign up for the Training?General registration for the program is open until January 31st, 2024, and the program begins on February 1st, 2024. With limited numbers and a high level of interest in this program, we may sell out, so we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.

I am too busy right now...I get it. And yes, you do need to put in some time to make the program work: it takes about one hour a week. But I did design the program in such a way that you can tailor it to your circumstances. Are you very full? Just come to the live calls. This is where we help you personally with your case. You have longterm access to the videos, so you can watch those at your own pace. Do you have a bit more time? Watch the videos, do the exercises and participate actively in the Facebook Group. You can ask me questions there every day of the working week. All in all, you can adjust depending on your energy each week what you choose to participate in. It will be a relaxing and rewarding experience. Oh and everything you learn during the course will save you so much time and so much energy!

I can do this by myselfYes, you can read books and watch Youtube videos to improve your relationship. But to really implement everything, is a whole different story. You need to know what things to start with and in what order to go. You need to actually DO things differently. You need to know what to do when you try something with your partner/colleague/friend and then they don’t react the way you expected. This course is designed in a specific order that guarantees results. I help you with weekly exercises to actually act in a new way. And we know what to do with whatever reaction other people give – so we can tackle things together. That way you see progress fast and certain and you ensure not to make things worse.

What if I'm not good at this?Maybe you have an image of yourself as not good at standing up for yourself. Or a label that you are ‘too aggressive’. I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to change. When you learn to judge yourself less and take care of what you need, that is what will reflect in your relationships. Also, this program is not like school: there are no exams or grades…this is all for your benefit. And I know that people only learn when things are fun. So I made the program in such a way that it is joyful and inspiring to follow. I love humor and lightness and hope you will laugh during the course

Month 5: Self-SoothingYou will learn how your nervous system loves to be loved, and explore what settles you, anchors you, grounds you, and regulates your system. We’ll look and feel into some of the tricksy ways Fight - Flight - Freeze - Fawn show up in your life so that you continue to deepen your noticing skills. And, I will invite you to experience the earth as a living being who can hear you, hold you, calm you, and nourish you so you no longer feel alone.

Month 10: Bodyled LimitsYou will feel into your authentic yes/no, own your limits and boundaries (with yourself FIRST, others later), and come to grips with what your body can agree to; honoring your ecosystem and letting your body lead means prioritizing your energy over expectations, people-pleasing, keeping up appearances, and fitting in. Meaning, do you rest…or do you pour caffeine into your belly so that your body no longer knows it’s tired? You will explore allll kinds of limits and boundary-breaks you’re orchestrating with your own body so you can start living with a whole lot less resentment and regret. And, it’s not all serious or scary — you will play with attuning to the pleasure of saying ‘no’ instead of focusing only on the fear. Because saying ‘no’ to one thing is saying ‘yes’ to something else. More energy, more time for doing what you want to do, more yum.

Month 8: Slowing Down And Doing LessSure, you want to rest, to sometimes prioritize pleasure over productivity, or even weave them together, but why is slowing down and doing less so damn hard? This is where you play with speed and get to know the parts of you who are nourished by going slow…and the parts who are threatened by it. Eventually, you will find it easier and easier to hold the void — the space between you and what you want. You will find it easier and easier to stop pushing, forcing, and controlling, because you have such a low capacity for the sensations of the present reality. You will find it easier and easier to choose easy.

Month 4: Why Bliss Feels BadEvery human has a pleasure ceiling — how much goodness we can experience before we shutdown from distracting thoughts, guilt or fear. What you learn here is how your body associates pleasure, rest, and all that good stuff you’ve been “sabotaging” with un-safety. You will practice putting your attention on what invites an exhale and a little release of tension (instead of what causes you to clench). You will get to know your edges, your ceiling for the good feelings so that you can learn to digest what’s on your plate, before piling more food on. These practices raise your ceiling for the good feelings so you can soften into the yum.

Month 11: Safety & Self-TouchDoes your body actually want to squirt, or be penetrated with crystal wands or butt plugs, or vibrated into climax? Did you even ask? Or do you often treat your body as an instrument you own, with little to no concern for how your animal body feels about what’s happening right now? You are creature, not machine. These self-pleasure practices drop the expectations, the plans for pleasure, and invite you into a different relationship with self-pleasure and self-touch. Because there can be a whole lot of disembodiment in the name of embodiment. A whole lot of self-abuse in the name of self-pleasure. This month, you learn to dance with your body, with a felt-sense of when to lead your animal and when it’s time for her to lead you. This felt-sense comes from having an understanding of what your body is communicating, which means you will learn the language she speaks so that you can live in peace with each other.

Month 7: Spaciousness and StillnessIf you’re fixated on fixing yourself, and your quest for self-love has come with a lot of self-improvement and effort-full work, this is where you drop the doing and learn how to be okay with all that freed-up time and space. You’ll dance with your Doer and soothe your Taskmaster who are always pushing you for more, better, more, better, and learn to attune to the parts of you who are okay with rest, softening into relaxation and easing into pleasure. This month, you will practice pausing so that you have a felt-sense of what drains you, what energizes you and the difference between what you desire or expect of yourself and what your body has physical capacity for (oh, the liberation that is here!). If you’re a self-help slut, or you’re always chasing expansion and growth, this is going to rock your world.

Month 9: Purposelessness & PlayThe past few months, your nervous system has learned that it’s okay to rest, and that pleasure isn’t something that needs to be earned. Now, it’s time to play. If you’ve been moving through life as though everything is a mean’s to an end, and it’s all got to have purpose or lead to something, or grow and expand you, this is where you nourish the parts of you who want to dance, paint, walk through the grass barefoot, let the breeze flow across your breasts, and get up to all kinds of fun. Just because you’re alive and you want to actually live. This isn’t only for the wealthy — you can work to survive AND play too. We all have those “If ABC, then XYZ” or “When ABC, then XYZ” beliefs. “When I make $100k, then I get to…” Living for the future often requires us to disconnect from our bodies, push through our limits, and attune only to survival, struggle and everything that’s wrong with our life. We will take the dream off the mountaintop and start braiding bits of it into your current reality so that you’re no longer held hostage by what you cannot control. And if you’re someone who’s always reading non-fiction, taking courses, attending workshops and seminars, starving for solutions to never-ending problems, babe, this is where you learn to stop making yourself so damn miserable.

Month 6: Alchemizing Anger & Anguish Into AlivenessAs you drop more into pleasure, into rest and slowing down, you will trigger the parts of you who are not okay with blissing out or doing less. So before you explore the themes of upcoming months — Spaciousness & Stillness, Slowing Down & Doing Less, Purposelessness & Play — you will learn to sit with the sensations of anger, anguish and anxiety in a way that adds to your aliveness. Because as soon as you lay down to feel good, the parts of you who are soothed by getting things done or preparing for problems will get really loud. This month, you will dance with disappointment, and get up close with jealousy, envy, rage at the villains and chosen ones, and your messy creature parts. Every ecosystem has smelly, funky, sticky beings, and here is where and when you come into relationship with all of this fertility. This is not the kind of alchemy or transmutation rooted in “I don’t like this so I must turn this into something more pleasant.” Here, there’s no panicked “I must turn my frown upside down” or #goodvibesonly. That sort of alchemy plays way too small on the spectrum of aliveness and life force, essentially approving of a tiny range of what’s okay or acceptable. What you learn here is to see the beauty in everything.

Month 2: SensationsYou will become a student of yourself as you descend into your body and learn how to feel into the nuances of physical sensations so that slowly, over time, you can grow your capacity to feel it all — the “good” and the “bad” — while remaining grounded and connected to your body. You will learn how to give yourself the openness, understanding and acceptance you seek from other people when it comes to feeling and expressing emotions. Because when you feel okay about what you’re feeling, you’re no longer so desperate for other people’s approval of what you’re feeling and how you’re being or expressing. You will also finally release the belief that you are “too in your head” or that you must quiet the brain to feel your body. And, you’ll learn to feel your way through big feelings and sensations instead of thinking your way through triggers or trying to change your thoughts and beliefs, which can be really draining and create cycles of what seems like never-ending failure.

Month 1: SafetyYou will explore what it means for you to feel “safe” and learn how to create that state of being in a variety of situations, even when you feel flooded with charge or activation. You will also expand your emotional resiliency and get comfortable being uncomfortable, essentially befriending the big scary monster in the closet. And, you’ll come into deeper awareness about how some things that feel safe aren’t actually safe — they’re just familiar. You’l feel into the distinction between true safety and your comfort zone. This month is about planting seeds, as the core theme of the course, which you’ll explore throughout the year, is coming into safety with yourself — listening to your body instead of overriding it, noticing how you say “yes” when you actually want to say “no” (and vice versa), and doing stuff to your body in the name of pleasure that actually doesn’t feel loving or safe to your system.

Month 12: Self-Pleasure without the ShouldsThis is where you learn how your body loves to be loved, worshipped, adored, cared for, touched. And it’s not just about making love to yourself — what you get here extends beyond the bedroom and invites you into making love with the world. Feeling like you’re having the best sex of your life…all day long. Walking, breathing, moving, eating, dressing, being in your body, and having a felt-sense of how she wants to play today.

Month 3: Self-RelatingYou will come into relationship with all the parts of you, like your inner critic, your taskmaster, your pleasure priestess, your lover of luxury, your martyr, and whoever else shows up to the party. Coming into relationship with these parts of you is like coming into relationship with other living, breathing beings. Where you close down, withhold or withdraw from love will be revealed. You will learn to care for all of yourself as you would an ecosystem filled with plants, trees, dragonflies, earthworms, bacteria and all forms of life. Because you are an ecosystem. The practices you learn here will totally change your experience of self-sabotage and support you over the year, as you unearth all the ways you make yourself wrong, bad and broken, and learn to love yourself in those places too. Whereas other programs might focus on how you relate with him or them, this is about your relationship with you.

Playful PracticesInformation is not transformation. This is not one of those courses where you can listen to someone speak while you do the dishes or putter about, and then you go read the next self-improvement book, and then listen to the next healing podcast, consuming content, eating information, learning material that will never be lived or integrated. No ma’am, no more. We are going to micro-dose transformation by making practices bite-sized, scalable and easy to follow. No hour-long self-care ceremonies (unless you want that kinda thing). Nah. Let’s start with 2 minutes; it’ll challenge you because you’re going to realize just how low your pleasure ceiling is and how little you can be truly present for…before you retreat into stressful or distracting thoughts to escape the now. You’ll also occasionally receive Games to play with yourself for more fun and body awareness, plus short and sweet Resensitization Rituals to expand your capacity to feel feelings.

What will I get when I graduate from the program?The training begins on February 1st, 2024 and is completed on January 31st, 2025 When you provide evidence of completion of all the assessment requirements, you will receive a certificate of completion for the “Embodied Awakening Academy 600-hour Tantra Practitioner Training,” signed by Chantelle Raven, which allows you to start practicing. This certificate can be submitted to our accreditation partner, the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists, to access the professional membership and insurance that they offer. Proof of completion will include submitting your personal and client practice session reflection forms, written question answers for each module, a recorded session video filmed at the end of the training, and watching, listening to and reading all content in each module. You will have 2 months (8 weeks) to submit your final assessment elements once the training is complete. Overall successful completion of the training will be reviewed and assessed within 8 weeks of final submission i.e., if you submit everything by March 31st, you will receive notification of your successful completion and graduation by May 31st. Extension requests can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. However, you are also welcome to move through the course for personal study and not do the assessment tasks. This just means you won’t be able to practice as a Certified EAA Tantra Practitioner.

How much of the program is online or in person?The course material will be 100% online. Some parts are pre-recorded and some parts are live via online teaching sessions where you can hear from Chantelle Raven, Tara Meegan, and the EAA team. The live sessions are always recorded and uploaded to the Facebook group, and the learning portal, for later viewing.

Is this program suited for CIS gendered people only ir do you welcome non binary and trans folks?In our material and courses, we use the word woman for any person who identifies as a woman, regardless of their assigned sex at birth and we use the word man for any person who identifies as a man, regardless of their assigned sex at birth. We also fully welcome and celebrate non-binary folks to join this program. We acknowledge that gender is non-binary, fluid, and on a spectrum and support each individual’s right to live in alignment with their gender identity. That being said, this course is gendered and uses gendered language and our teachings come from heteronormative teachers and traditional Tantric systems. Our desire is to be as inclusive of trans and non-binary folks as possible, but there are current limitations in the program content and material. For instance, Module 7 covers Tantric Practices for the Feminine and relates to womb and yoni work (Yoni is the Tantric word for vagina). Module 8 covers Tantric Practices for the Masculine and relates to sexual sublimation and self-pleasure work with the lingham (Lingham is the Tantric word for Penis). We currently don’t have specific training for queer, trans and/or non-binary identities. If you are non-binary or trans, feel into what you need to be safe. If you’re okay working with practices that are labeled “Men’s” and/or “Women’s” in a CIS-gendered, heteronormative, and traditional sense without the mentioning of non-binary or trans people in the content, and you feel supported to navigate and make the content applicable to your clients and community, then this program could work for you. However, if that doesn’t feel like enough safety or acknowledgment, we understand and respect that.

How can I decide if this program is right for me?Take the time to check out the program info and also our website and social media pages to get a sense of the material and what the Academy stands for in the world and how we show up to support people’s Embodied Awakening. This is the foundation and energy that you will be held by during your training, and that you will be practicing within as a Tantric Practitioner, so it’s important you resonate with this. Additionally, you are welcome to book a free clarity and enrollment call with an EAA Senior Team Member to give you the space to ask all your questions and to decide if this program is the right fit for you.

What is the estimated time investment?Depending on the pace you study, you will need to invest between 10-15 hours per week, to complete the training. You may also need a little extra time to complete the certification requirements. This training is meant for those who want to become masterful practitioners at the top of their game, and the time commitment reflects that. However, the program allows you to be very flexible in how you manage your time, as many of the components are self-study or self-practice that you can do whenever it suits you and if you can’t join the live interactive sessions then we share the recordings with you within 24 hours. As previously mentioned, if you are doing this for personal study, without the assessment, then the time investment would be less.

How do I access the course materials?You will access the course materials via our Online Learning Portal hosted by LearnDash. The lives and support groups are hosted on Facebook with links to Zoom for the live calls. If you have any technical difficulties our admin team are here to help you.

What is the latest date I can sign up for the Training?General registration for the program is open until January 31st, 2024, and the program begins on February 1st, 2024. With limited numbers and a high level of interest in this program, we may sell out, so we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later.

I am too busy right now...I get it. And yes, you do need to put in some time to make the program work: it takes about one hour a week. But I did design the program in such a way that you can tailor it to your circumstances. Are you very full? Just come to the live calls. This is where we help you personally with your case. You have longterm access to the videos, so you can watch those at your own pace. Do you have a bit more time? Watch the videos, do the exercises and participate actively in the Facebook Group. You can ask me questions there every day of the working week. All in all, you can adjust depending on your energy each week what you choose to participate in. It will be a relaxing and rewarding experience. Oh and everything you learn during the course will save you so much time and so much energy!

We may have a great job and a nice house, but if the time with the people around us sucks…our life sucks! It’s our strong, safe bonds that help us to be our best in all other areas of our life. I can do this by myselfYes, you can read books and watch Youtube videos to improve your relationship. But to really implement everything, is a whole different story. You need to know what things to start with and in what order to go. You need to actually DO things differently. You need to know what to do when you try something with your partner/colleague/friend and then they don’t react the way you expected. This course is designed in a specific order that guarantees results. I help you with weekly exercises to actually act in a new way. And we know what to do with whatever reaction other people give – so we can tackle things together. That way you see progress fast and certain and you ensure not to make things worse.

What if I'm not good at this?Maybe you have an image of yourself as not good at standing up for yourself. Or a label that you are ‘too aggressive’. I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to change. When you learn to judge yourself less and take care of what you need, that is what will reflect in your relationships. Also, this program is not like school: there are no exams or grades…this is all for your benefit. And I know that people only learn when things are fun. So I made the program in such a way that it is joyful and inspiring to follow. I love humor and lightness and hope you will laugh during the course

Month 5: Self-SoothingYou will learn how your nervous system loves to be loved, and explore what settles you, anchors you, grounds you, and regulates your system. We’ll look and feel into some of the tricksy ways Fight - Flight - Freeze - Fawn show up in your life so that you continue to deepen your noticing skills. And, I will invite you to experience the earth as a living being who can hear you, hold you, calm you, and nourish you so you no longer feel alone.

Month 10: Bodyled LimitsYou will feel into your authentic yes/no, own your limits and boundaries (with yourself FIRST, others later), and come to grips with what your body can agree to; honoring your ecosystem and letting your body lead means prioritizing your energy over expectations, people-pleasing, keeping up appearances, and fitting in. Meaning, do you rest…or do you pour caffeine into your belly so that your body no longer knows it’s tired? You will explore allll kinds of limits and boundary-breaks you’re orchestrating with your own body so you can start living with a whole lot less resentment and regret. And, it’s not all serious or scary — you will play with attuning to the pleasure of saying ‘no’ instead of focusing only on the fear. Because saying ‘no’ to one thing is saying ‘yes’ to something else. More energy, more time for doing what you want to do, more yum.

Month 8: Slowing Down And Doing LessSure, you want to rest, to sometimes prioritize pleasure over productivity, or even weave them together, but why is slowing down and doing less so damn hard? This is where you play with speed and get to know the parts of you who are nourished by going slow…and the parts who are threatened by it. Eventually, you will find it easier and easier to hold the void — the space between you and what you want. You will find it easier and easier to stop pushing, forcing, and controlling, because you have such a low capacity for the sensations of the present reality. You will find it easier and easier to choose easy.

Month 4: Why Bliss Feels BadEvery human has a pleasure ceiling — how much goodness we can experience before we shutdown from distracting thoughts, guilt or fear. What you learn here is how your body associates pleasure, rest, and all that good stuff you’ve been “sabotaging” with un-safety. You will practice putting your attention on what invites an exhale and a little release of tension (instead of what causes you to clench). You will get to know your edges, your ceiling for the good feelings so that you can learn to digest what’s on your plate, before piling more food on. These practices raise your ceiling for the good feelings so you can soften into the yum.

Month 11: Safety & Self-TouchDoes your body actually want to squirt, or be penetrated with crystal wands or butt plugs, or vibrated into climax? Did you even ask? Or do you often treat your body as an instrument you own, with little to no concern for how your animal body feels about what’s happening right now? You are creature, not machine. These self-pleasure practices drop the expectations, the plans for pleasure, and invite you into a different relationship with self-pleasure and self-touch. Because there can be a whole lot of disembodiment in the name of embodiment. A whole lot of self-abuse in the name of self-pleasure. This month, you learn to dance with your body, with a felt-sense of when to lead your animal and when it’s time for her to lead you. This felt-sense comes from having an understanding of what your body is communicating, which means you will learn the language she speaks so that you can live in peace with each other.

Month 7: Spaciousness and StillnessIf you’re fixated on fixing yourself, and your quest for self-love has come with a lot of self-improvement and effort-full work, this is where you drop the doing and learn how to be okay with all that freed-up time and space. You’ll dance with your Doer and soothe your Taskmaster who are always pushing you for more, better, more, better, and learn to attune to the parts of you who are okay with rest, softening into relaxation and easing into pleasure. This month, you will practice pausing so that you have a felt-sense of what drains you, what energizes you and the difference between what you desire or expect of yourself and what your body has physical capacity for (oh, the liberation that is here!). If you’re a self-help slut, or you’re always chasing expansion and growth, this is going to rock your world.

Month 9: Purposelessness & PlayThe past few months, your nervous system has learned that it’s okay to rest, and that pleasure isn’t something that needs to be earned. Now, it’s time to play. If you’ve been moving through life as though everything is a mean’s to an end, and it’s all got to have purpose or lead to something, or grow and expand you, this is where you nourish the parts of you who want to dance, paint, walk through the grass barefoot, let the breeze flow across your breasts, and get up to all kinds of fun. Just because you’re alive and you want to actually live. This isn’t only for the wealthy — you can work to survive AND play too. We all have those “If ABC, then XYZ” or “When ABC, then XYZ” beliefs. “When I make $100k, then I get to…” Living for the future often requires us to disconnect from our bodies, push through our limits, and attune only to survival, struggle and everything that’s wrong with our life. We will take the dream off the mountaintop and start braiding bits of it into your current reality so that you’re no longer held hostage by what you cannot control. And if you’re someone who’s always reading non-fiction, taking courses, attending workshops and seminars, starving for solutions to never-ending problems, babe, this is where you learn to stop making yourself so damn miserable.

Month 6: Alchemizing Anger & Anguish Into AlivenessAs you drop more into pleasure, into rest and slowing down, you will trigger the parts of you who are not okay with blissing out or doing less. So before you explore the themes of upcoming months — Spaciousness & Stillness, Slowing Down & Doing Less, Purposelessness & Play — you will learn to sit with the sensations of anger, anguish and anxiety in a way that adds to your aliveness. Because as soon as you lay down to feel good, the parts of you who are soothed by getting things done or preparing for problems will get really loud. This month, you will dance with disappointment, and get up close with jealousy, envy, rage at the villains and chosen ones, and your messy creature parts. Every ecosystem has smelly, funky, sticky beings, and here is where and when you come into relationship with all of this fertility. This is not the kind of alchemy or transmutation rooted in “I don’t like this so I must turn this into something more pleasant.” Here, there’s no panicked “I must turn my frown upside down” or #goodvibesonly. That sort of alchemy plays way too small on the spectrum of aliveness and life force, essentially approving of a tiny range of what’s okay or acceptable. What you learn here is to see the beauty in everything.

Month 2: SensationsYou will become a student of yourself as you descend into your body and learn how to feel into the nuances of physical sensations so that slowly, over time, you can grow your capacity to feel it all — the “good” and the “bad” — while remaining grounded and connected to your body. You will learn how to give yourself the openness, understanding and acceptance you seek from other people when it comes to feeling and expressing emotions. Because when you feel okay about what you’re feeling, you’re no longer so desperate for other people’s approval of what you’re feeling and how you’re being or expressing. You will also finally release the belief that you are “too in your head” or that you must quiet the brain to feel your body. And, you’ll learn to feel your way through big feelings and sensations instead of thinking your way through triggers or trying to change your thoughts and beliefs, which can be really draining and create cycles of what seems like never-ending failure.

Month 1: SafetyYou will explore what it means for you to feel “safe” and learn how to create that state of being in a variety of situations, even when you feel flooded with charge or activation. You will also expand your emotional resiliency and get comfortable being uncomfortable, essentially befriending the big scary monster in the closet. And, you’ll come into deeper awareness about how some things that feel safe aren’t actually safe — they’re just familiar. You’l feel into the distinction between true safety and your comfort zone. This month is about planting seeds, as the core theme of the course, which you’ll explore throughout the year, is coming into safety with yourself — listening to your body instead of overriding it, noticing how you say “yes” when you actually want to say “no” (and vice versa), and doing stuff to your body in the name of pleasure that actually doesn’t feel loving or safe to your system.

Month 12: Self-Pleasure without the ShouldsThis is where you learn how your body loves to be loved, worshipped, adored, cared for, touched. And it’s not just about making love to yourself — what you get here extends beyond the bedroom and invites you into making love with the world. Feeling like you’re having the best sex of your life…all day long. Walking, breathing, moving, eating, dressing, being in your body, and having a felt-sense of how she wants to play today.

Month 3: Self-RelatingYou will come into relationship with all the parts of you, like your inner critic, your taskmaster, your pleasure priestess, your lover of luxury, your martyr, and whoever else shows up to the party. Coming into relationship with these parts of you is like coming into relationship with other living, breathing beings. Where you close down, withhold or withdraw from love will be revealed. You will learn to care for all of yourself as you would an ecosystem filled with plants, trees, dragonflies, earthworms, bacteria and all forms of life. Because you are an ecosystem. The practices you learn here will totally change your experience of self-sabotage and support you over the year, as you unearth all the ways you make yourself wrong, bad and broken, and learn to love yourself in those places too. Whereas other programs might focus on how you relate with him or them, this is about your relationship with you.

Playful PracticesInformation is not transformation. This is not one of those courses where you can listen to someone speak while you do the dishes or putter about, and then you go read the next self-improvement book, and then listen to the next healing podcast, consuming content, eating information, learning material that will never be lived or integrated. No ma’am, no more. We are going to micro-dose transformation by making practices bite-sized, scalable and easy to follow. No hour-long self-care ceremonies (unless you want that kinda thing). Nah. Let’s start with 2 minutes; it’ll challenge you because you’re going to realize just how low your pleasure ceiling is and how little you can be truly present for…before you retreat into stressful or distracting thoughts to escape the now. You’ll also occasionally receive Games to play with yourself for more fun and body awareness, plus short and sweet Resensitization Rituals to expand your capacity to feel feelings.

Weekly LessonsEvery week, you’ll receive a video or a written lesson specific to the month’s theme. My goal is to not dump a bunch of content in your brain or overwhelm you with information and to-do’s. I give you lessons, not tangential lectures. And, I do my best not to turn an essay into a book. I teach a concept then give you several examples to help you bring it down to earth and apply it in your real life.
